What does it mean to sponsor a resident?
It is a monthly commitment to help cover the expenses of a specific resident, including their food, veterinary care and overall wellbeing.
What is my donation used for?
100% of your support goes directly towards the animal: their daily food, medical insurance, specialised treatments and the maintenance of their home.
Can I visit the animal I sponsor?
Yes! We love when sponsors get the chance to meet their friends. We just need to arrange the visit in advance so we can make sure the sanctuary’s routine is not disrupted.
How can I cancel my sponsor?
There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel or change your contribution at any time by contacting us by email or managing it directly through your bank account or PayPal.
Will I receive updates about my sponsored resident?
We have a private WhatsApp group where we share updates about all the sanctuary’s residents.
Unfortunately, the group is currently only available in Spanish and Italian, but we will also send updates by email. And, of course, you can always contact us if you have any questions or would like to know more about your sponsored resident!
